Started in 1976 and incorporated in 1981, Label Specialties, Inc. has specialized in manufacturing scale labels since 1980 and is recognized nationwide as a leading manufacturer of stock scale labels and custom scale labels for all major brands of label printing scales including Atron (Acom and Easy Weigh), Avery Berkel, Bizerba, CAS, Digi, Globe Equipment, Hobart, Ishida, Kubota, Mettler Toledo, Toshiba TEC, Tor-Rey, and Others.

In 1994, LSi completely redesigned all of the original unattractive formats of the CAS LP-1000 series labels for CAS-USA. As today’s industry standard format, our innovative design has been referenced in CAS literature distributed worldwide and is currently used as a base for CAS stock labels produced by every leading manufacturer.

LSi manufactured CAS custom labels and CAS stock labels have been used in thousands of CAS scales including the CAS LP-1000, CAS LP-1000N, CAS LP-II, and CAS CL5000 in order to label retail food packages found throughout the US and in other countries.

LSi is a provider of quality labeling solutions used in many industries including wholesale and retail food, cheese, meat, poultry, seafood, and other food processors, equipment and supplies distribution, transportation, electronics, entertainment, manufacturing, medical, nursery, apparel, and packaging, to name just a few.

In addition to manufacturing scale labels, direct thermal labels, and thermal transfer labels and tags; LSi supplies label printers, in-line applicators, labeling software, thermal transfer ribbons, products for barcode scanning and verification, RFID devices, portable data terminals, and point-of-sale (POS) equipment.

LSi is a certified “PartnerSelect” Symbol Technologies distributor, and an authorized distributor and certified repair facility for Datamax, Sato, and Zebra brand printers.

As a factory trained printer repair facility, LSi provides replacement parts, thermal printheads, annual service contracts for all makes and models of printers, and both local on-site and depot maintenance and repair services.
